Yes, they promise placements, but it's under the paid or sponsored listings, not the free listings. If you don't know what that means, don't buy any service like this until you do...!
They got me in the sponsored ads section like they promised, but I got 3 phone calls the next month, so I called to cancel 2 days before the month was up, and they charged me for another month because I didn't give them more than three days notice. (it only took about 45 minutes to get me on the internet, and there's no way it takes longer than that to get me off). Part of their shpeal is that they have no contract and you can cancel whenever you want. I feel like I am dealing with a company just like the ones that they say they're not. They juiced me for more money when they got the chance. I tried to cancel within the month, and it cost me an extra $300 bucks ($300 is a hickup). Lesson learned and I'm definately not going to advertise my healthy business with them ever again. I am going to try the organic search marketing next and see how that pans out. They tell me that 90% of people look right past the sponsored ads.
